The Senior Designer is a lead role on project teams and holds primary responsibility for the formal design resolution on a project including concept initiation/development, form, massing, tectonics, materials, and seminal details. This position requires a well-rounded knowledge of the field of architecture with a particular emphasis on design. It regularly requires independent discretion and judgment. Working closely with the PA and PM the Senior Designer is responsible for producing, developing and communicating the project design and its individual elements from conception through all phases of the project. The PD will work with the PM and PA to reconcile the design concept with all the various design issues that are influenced by the client, program, building support systems, and budget. The PD will be involved in the development of the concept; philosophical, functional and technical aspects of the project.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Must be a licensed Architect.
- 10+ years of professional experience required.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in using Revit.
- Ability to use SketchUp or other 3D Modeling, Animation, Rendering computer graphics programs.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors.

The expected pay range for this position, based on experience, skills, and knowledge applicable to the role is $89,500 to $134,800.
